Our Process
How it Works
This fee-based process has been divided into three main activities:
1. Blueprint: We start with an assessment to identify your unique business needs. Much of the assessment is conducted prior to your arrival in the US.
2. Setup: Once the Blueprint is set up we build out the launch to “Open Shop”, setting up workflow processes, how to best mitigate risks and review your soft landing budget.3. Ongoing: Depending on your particular needs, a coworking operating space is provided and we now pair you with our specialized resources team designed to significantly reduce your General & Administrative costs through supporting your back office and middle office activities.
